Shipping time frames

Please note these are estimated time frames which may vary on public holidays and special events; Order processing times must be taken into account (3 – 7  business days).

North America (USA & Canada), UK, Europe, Asia:

2 – 8 days

Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South America, Denmark, Sweden, India, Indonesia, Middle East, and other countries:

7 – 15 days

 

* We currently do not ship to Russia, Middle Eastern, and African countries due to unreliable logistics services.

Customs & Taxes

Although we do our best on our end to ensure you don’t face hefty duty/ tax fees (if any), Wall Decoration Stickers is not responsible for any duty or tax fees that may be incurred within your country of origin. Please confirm with your local customs agency regarding any incurring fees.

Separate Packaging

In several occasions, we may split your order(s) into multiple packages for the following reasons:

  • An item in your order is on backorder
  • Weight restrictions for minimal duties
  • Fulfilled from different warehouses

Returns and Exchanges

In the very unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of your dapper item(s), you can return it and get a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to receive a “Product Return” form which must be included with your returning package.

Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges in the event of the following reason(s):

  • Quality defects in our item(s)
  • Incorrect order received as per purchase

General guidelines for returns

  1. We only accept items received within 10 days from received delivery.
  2. Items must be unused and in its original package.
  3. If it is our fault, we will cover all shipping fees incurred. Otherwise, the return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer and sent with a tracking service.
  4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for promotional and/or contest items.
  5. Defective items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item, including a clear image and your order #.
