Where are you based?

We are based out of Toronto ON, Canada. Happy 150th birthday Canada!!!

Do you guys sell in bulk?

If you’re interested in purchasing one or more products in bulk, please send us an email at hi@walldecorationstickers.com with the subject “Bulk Order Request”.

Are your stickers good quality?

We only carry premium wall stickers within our network of designers and partnered brands. Brands we carry: Naibu, Satomi, Minimal Zest, Minako, Kami, Julie Carré, J&R, envie, Jonah & Co.

Are you looking for partnerships?

PAYMENT & ORDER

What is your order process?

At Wall Decoration Stickers, we keep it simple and easy. Upon completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation mail regarding your order process which usually takes up to 3 – 7 business days.

Please note order process time may vary on public holidays).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & visa debit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you require any changes or cancellations on your order(s) please contact us within 24 hours.We process and dispatch all our orders as quickly as we can, which may limit our capacity to make any adjustments on processed orders.

What is your return policy?

If there are any issues with the quality of your order you can return it and get a full refund within 7 days of its delivered date.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our standard international flat shipping fee is $6.50. However, if your order total is over $49, we’ll cover your shipping. Enjoy your free shipping!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our free international shipping takes an estimated timeframe of 3 – 12 business days to most countries. Please note that shipments to South America, South Africa, and Middle Eastern countries tend to take a bit longer than the estimated timeframe.

Do I have to pay any customs charges?

We are not responsible for any duty fees and/or taxes that may be applied by customs where the order is shipped to. If you believe you may have to pay an additional fee in your country, please confirm with your local customs offices before placing your order.

I received my package, but not all the items have arrived?

Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all your orders at once. We ship items out in small groups so you don’t have to deal with hefty duty fees and/or taxes.
